Ball Check!

It's all about the BALLS
The health of our parts is pretty important to me, as you may have already suspected since I keep harping on the health benefits of whacking off. The best part of the Grammy’s last night – for me, anyway – was the CBS-sponsored commercial “CBS Cares.” As last evening’s ad pointed out, there are other health concerns for what hangs between our legs. As a special Valentine’s Day message, it encouraged men to give themselves a Testicular Self Exam (TSE) as a gift to their loved ones and ended with the catch-line (paraphrased here): “Why give diamonds when you can give the family jewels?”
Ball cancer affects many, many men all over the globe – mostly between the ages of 15 and 35, emphasis on mostly! Ball cancer is not ageist. And incidences of testicular cancer have doubled in the last 20 years. Too many guys are still dying from the disease because they don’t check their nuts, or they’re too embarrassed to go to a physician – or, as in many cases, the guys are young and too ashamed to tell a parent there’s a problem.
So let’s start something new here! The fifteenth of every month is declared Buddy Ball Check Day. That means not only checking your own, or getting together with a friend and checking each other’s nuts (we all know being with a buddy can be more fun),

it also requires calling or emailing or texting or twittering a reminder to all the males in your life to do a TSE and requesting they Pay it Forward by encouraging other men to do the same.
If you don’t know how to do this, learn. If you have sons – especially young teens – teach them how to do this and make sure they do it!
Buddy Ball Check… Join my revolution!

Do this...
...and this.
And this. If it leads to a woody, well...
...you know to do this...
and then this.
See? Doing a Ball Check can be fun!
